Electricity providers will sometimes limit the maximum size of a system that they will approve for connection to the electricity grid depending upon the individual circumstances of the property. For this reason it is often necessary to undertake a site visit to accurately specify a system that will meet both the needs of the customer and the regulatory framework of electricity providers. Where a site visit is required to a rural property for the purposes of providing a quotation, there will be a site visit fee payable. This fee is waived for customers that choose to purchase their solar power system from Northern Solar PTY LTD.
